It’s Smoothie Time!

Here’s a quick smoothie recipe to get you going in morning, or whenever you’re in a smoothie mood!

What you need:

1 TBSP fresh chopped Tumeric Root

1 TBSP fresh chopped Ginger Root

1/4 of fresh Lemon (skin on)

1 C fresh or frozen Pineapple

1 C of your milk of choice ( I used almond milk)

Blend until smooth, and be your best self today!
